Karamano\u011flu Mehmetbey \u00dcniversitesi (KM\u00dc) ile bir bulgur fabrikas\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ortakla\u015fa y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen proje kapsam\u0131nda \u0131slah edilen Ahmet bu\u011fday\u0131n\u0131n tohumlar\u0131, deneme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda ikinci kez ekildi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Lezzetli ve kaliteli bulgur elde edildi\u011fi i\u00e7in Karaman'da \u00fcreticinin tercih etti\u011fi yerel bu\u011fday \u00e7e\u015fidi Ahmet bu\u011fday\u0131, y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r b\u00f6lgede ekilip, bi\u00e7iliyor. Fakat \u00fcreticiler daha fazla \u00fcr\u00fcn veren sertifikal\u0131 bu\u011fdaylara y\u00f6nelince bu \u00e7e\u015fit neredeyse hi\u00e7 ekilmez oldu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Merkeze ba\u011fl\u0131 Ta\u015fkale k\u00f6y\u00fcndeki tah\u0131l ambar\u0131nda y\u00fczlerce y\u0131ld\u0131r, bir sonraki ekime kadar rutubet ve g\u00fcne\u015ften korunan bu \u00e7e\u015fidin tohumunu bulmak zorla\u015f\u0131nca, ilde faaliyet g\u00f6steren Duru Bulgur firmas\u0131 ve Karamano\u011flu Mehmetbey \u00dcniversitesi i\u015f birli\u011finde, 2018'de ata tohumu yerli bu\u011fday\u0131n genetik kalitesini korumak ve gelecek nesillere aktarmak i\u00e7in proje ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Proje kapsam\u0131nda tohum kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lan Ahmet bu\u011fday\u0131ndan serada h\u0131zl\u0131 \u0131slah y\u00f6ntemiyle 2 y\u0131lda yeni \u00e7e\u015fitler elde edildi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Duru Bulgur firmas\u0131yla 2018'de ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131 projede Ahmet bu\u011fday\u0131n\u0131n \u0131slah\u0131nda yeni bir y\u00f6ntem olan h\u0131zl\u0131 \u0131slah y\u00f6ntemini kulland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 anlatan Ayd\u0131n, \"Tohum geli\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede h\u0131zl\u0131 \u0131slah y\u00f6ntemiyle ba\u015fard\u0131k. Ata tohumu Ahmet bu\u011fday\u0131n\u0131 hem koruma alt\u0131na alal\u0131m hem de miras\u0131n\u0131 gelecek nesillere aktaral\u0131m istedik. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z laboratuvar ve \u00fcniversite \u015fartlar\u0131nda 2 y\u0131lda tamamland\u0131. \u0130ki y\u0131l sonras\u0131nda da arazi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flad\u0131k. Geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz tohumlar i\u00e7in \u00fcretim izni ald\u0131k. 2025'te tescil denemelerimizin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 belli olacak. Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te bu\u011fday\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n tarla testleri, denemeleri \u00e7ift\u00e7iler taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.\" diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Duru Bulgur, taraf\u0131ndan yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 tonluk bu\u011fday\u0131n bulgur yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten Ayd\u0131n, tohumlar\u0131n bulgur a\u015famas\u0131nda g\u00fczel koktu\u011funu, kullan\u0131c\u0131 geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015flerinin de memnuniyet verici oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
KM\u00dc'n\u00fcn Y\u00d6K taraf\u0131ndan B\u00f6lgesel Kalk\u0131nma \u0130htisas \u00dcniversitesi olarak g\u00f6revlendirildi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Ayd\u0131n, sanayiyle yap\u0131lan i\u015f birliklerini \u00f6nemsediklerini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Ayd\u0131n, bu\u011fday\u0131n kurakl\u0131k \u015fartlar\u0131nda \u00e7ok ideal bir bitki oldu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7ekerek, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\r\n\r\n
